We were ready to move from Hudson,Florida in 2005 and after research and talking to people that were familiar with real estate. We chose Amal Geots as our sales agent. Thank God we chose her. Beyond being such a very nice person she proved that she knew her business. At the time that we put our house on the market the prices were dropping like a rock. We purchased a professional detailed estimate of what the house was worth and on the advice of Amal we priced it below the estimate. At the time we were very concerned about how fast the housing prices were dropping. Amal's experience,determination and hard work sold our house and we made money.
